The president has to have this stopped because it contributes to the story, showing all the other elements abroad and at home that his administration is incompetent, out of control and unable to control anything and with this continuing he really can't tolerate that, we will not survive and the party will be roundly thrashed in November and that's why he'll acquiesce to the change in the law."

BECKEL: OBAMA IGNORING BORDER CRISIS FOR POLITICAL REASONS

Tuesday on Fox News Channel's "American Newsroom," a frustrated host Martha MacCallum asked liberal commentator Bob Beckel why President Barack Obama was doing nothing to "help these children" on the border. Beckel said, being "brutality frank" the president is ignoring the humanitarian crisis for political reasons.
Beckel said, "Let me be brutally frank here" then said, "the dependence" the Democrat party has on Hispanic voters "is significant" but he added "right now his own constituency in Chicago and other places are saying what about ours."
When pressed by MacCallum, Beckel admitted ignoring the children was a political calculation on the president's part.
"If I was advising him, I would advise him to do that -- straddle the fence," Beckel said. "Right now his own constituency in Chicago and other places are saying what about ours."
