PRESIDENT OBAMA DISCUSSES HIS LOVE OF GUACAMOLE AND SUSHI

President Obama discussed his love for chips and guacamole at the first "Kids State Dinner” in the East Room of the White House Friday, which treated the 54 children who won a nationwide healthy meal recipe contest sponsored by the food magazine Epicurious and the Education and Agriculture departments to a state dinner.

The President said, "Each of us have our weaknesses, so I’m going to reveal some right now. Malia, ice cream. I mean, basically, it’s very hard for her to turn down ice cream. But she has learned to kind of control herself when it comes to ice cream."

Then, the president discussed Sasha's weakness for sushi with the first lady who was standing next to him at the podium, and then he said one of his weaknesses is pie, but his "big thing: chips and guacamole." Obama added, "Basically, if there is a bowl of good chips and guacamole, I lose my mind."
The President's guacamole revelation comes on the heels of heavy criticism from both sides of the aisle for his absentee style of leading. Thursday, Senator John McCain (R-AZ) accused the the president of being "AWOL."
