In a Monday tweet, Roger Simon, a star columnist at the left-wing Politico, accused Texas Governor Rick Perry of sending "1,000 National Guard troops to border to shoot small children."
Monday, due to inaction on the part of the Obama Administration, Governor Perry announced that he no choice but to activate 1000 National Guard troops. The troops will focus on protecting Texas citizens from the drug smugglers and gang members using the border chaos to their advantage.

Monday at a "My Brother’s Keeper Initiative" event when President Barack Obama took questions from the group of DC-area youth at the Walker Jones Education Center in Washington, D.C., he joked the way he often deals with his responsibility of helping suffering children around the world is by simply not watching TV.
After Mr Obama explained if he want to help those "suffering children" he might have to deal with "bad guys" that might ultimately hurt young Americans in the military. So he said a way he deals with the various difficult and dangerous situations exploding throughout the world is "I just don't watch TV." Giggling, he continued "that also helps," adding "that's not entirely true."
