A Complete Waste of Space

looking outside, I can relate. Nephew and I will be shovelling again!! w00t!

We get 4" of rain a year on average. We've already gotten most of that and we've got another storm coming in.

That's from Dec-2008, which was a pretty normal year regarding the snow levels. I heard that this year there's a lot more of the white stuff from the sky...
