Pass a law, easy to do now with Repub's in office across the country in each state...
Denying 'social benefits', welfare & food stamps as examples.....if yer caught or identified as
being part of acts of civil disobedience or insurrection.
Now here's the 'Libtard knee jerk reaction': They'll turn to crime if the benefits are taken from them.
