why Rudy Guiliani isn't President.

Post by callmeslick »

....first, he tries to infer that Obama doesn't love his country the same way 'we' do(hmmm, who are 'we'?),
then, defends it thus:

I can't believe he spoke for more than 15 seconds without mentioning 9/11.

wow, he just keeps digging that hole deeper. Now, after 'I can't be a racist, because Obama's mother was white' to 'he was raised by Communists since early age(channelling an inner Joe McCarthy)' to whining about 'death threats' but not actually reporting any to authorities that I can see. Like the White House spokesman said, it's sort of sad seeing someone who once had national stature tarnish his own reputation so willingly.

“A lot of people are looking at me and thinking that I’m just going to be a rerun of my brother,” Bush told reporters before the speech. “They are greatly underestimating my ability to create chaos and destruction in ways that are uniquely mine.”

Borowitz is the funniest political satirist out there in the US press. From his FB feed today, "Since 2009, unemployment has dropped, the stock market has soared, millions of uninsured have gotten health coverage, and Osama bin Laden has been killed. For a man who doesn't love America, our President sure doesn't know how to show it"
