Marriage equality AND Obamacare was upheld.

I wonder how many strokes Pud, Dawg and Slappy have had over the last 24 hours!

SCROTUS means nothing to most.
It's an empty victory to you cocksuckers.

Slappy must have posted his deep understanding of the three equal branches of government and the respect true Americans have for
that system we live under......but, I missed out on reading it.

It is how this came about! It is the role of legislatures to determine social policy, not judges. By broadening its interpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment the Court has given itself unlimited power. This will not be a good thing for us as a Nation.
It will also elevate gay rights above Religious rights in many cases. I do not see a winner here at all, what did the gays gain by this? This has pushed more people away from acceptance of them than it brought closer! This is far from done, the push back from this will be hard.
I see this as nothing more than another attack against Religion.
