Well, if folks that you capture are not Prisoners of War.....you ain't in no war......especially, if you make them "legal" citizens...

We need to quit calling them "Terrorists"...and just call them "Ill Informed Foreign Nationals"....the problem will then go away and we can all enjoy our apple pie....
