A Complete Waste of Space

I was listening to a business report tonight about the Phoenix housing market. It seems that Rugg's home town is being literally bought-up by Canadians. Purchases of real estate by Canadian citizens is up 80% over last year, and makes up a huge percentage of the overall cash flow into the Phoenix market. The report said Canadian individuals and corporations are buying up office parks, strip malls, condos, single houses, in short anything they can grab.



In other words, when you go to visit Ruggie, Res, Canadians might outnumber Americans!
