Trump just espoused the Democratic Platform
....honest to Pete! He basically just stated that if we hadn't pissed away 4 trillion dollars marching around the Middle East, and spent it on infrastructure and research, the nation would have been a lot better off. That is precisely my entire position on this board for a decade plus. Now, the idiot did still attempt to stand by several breaches of the first amendment, and violations of International law, but still.....how are you all liking your boy now?
Early scorecard: Carson seems addled, Bush has Trump on the ropes, with assistance from a few others and CNN. Rubio v. Cruz is interesting but Christie demolished their credibility altogether. Kasich and a couple others want to start WWIII and Rand Paul actually is present tonight. Not a bad overall debate. Way better than last two.

Nope, I will not read your vomit. Not now, not ever.
I only have disrespect for your opinion at all times.

Re: Trump just espoused the Democratic Platform
with his record on immigration? Wrong party, Res. Wrong party. That is the odd part. These debates, and especially last night, clarified the reasons why the core GOP base has an issue with virtually ALL of them. Plus, the ones that do survive that process are just seen by most of the rest of us as batshit crazy, dangerous buffoons who would blunder into WWIII with Russia, bog us down to the tune of trillions in the Middle East, and then cut taxes needed to pay for this shit. The fuck with the poor, sick or weak. Who needs them? I'm telling you now, Res, you might see a massive wave of disgust with these clowns next November.
further, at the local level, the Dems are working towards retaking a bunch of State governments from the GOP over the next 4 years leading up to the 2020 census. If that happens, and you get normally aligned voting districts, the GOP is finished, nationwide. Texas, by all rights, will be led by Democrats in 6 years. Pud can write that down and we'll compare notes in 2022.

um, no, I'm saying that Trump supported my position. Are you saying he is an idiot for doing so? You see, just because he says idiotic things some times, that doesn't mean he can't get some things right. Doesn't make him any fitter to be President than my dog, but........

Re: Trump just espoused the Democratic Platform
why would I write the Clinton name here, when I'm not that big a fan. It's only when you put her up versus the nutbowl which is the GOP field that she looks plausible. Would far rather see Bernie prevail and am not sure he might not.
