Safety devises are needed to keep cars of side walks!

First we should pass laws requiring all car owners be licensed.
Next they should be required to have them insured.
Then, all cars will have to be registered.

If that don't work? Close all roads, make all gas illegal. Out law the building of garages.

If that don't do it? Confiscate all cars and make their possession, a felony.

mind you, I presume Slappy is blabbering about the woman picking off pedestrians in Vegas, but there is a direct correlation to what happens when you REDUCE regulations:

remember when they took away our cars after forcing us to license, register and insure them? Neither do I.

seatbelts, airbags, 5mph bumpers, fuel economy, unleaded gas, unleaded gas + ethanol, 55mph speed limit, dildo powered cars...price controls on gas that effectively doubled the price to consumers and doubled the collected tax by the government... Yeah, it's been a slow process, but, they're getting there.
