It did have that appearance. Haley is just a jealous has been and known for begging money from Trump. Haley is feeling the Trump 'burn' in her own state. Her time in office will be limited.

don't know, nor care about the first part. The last sentence is likely true. Everyone I know in SC, both right and left, think she is a barely-competent tool.
