Fox strikes again. The 'sick-out'(justified due to horrendous conditions in some schools) started over a week ago. What, were they just practicing until Obama arrives?

not so simple. It took a fine combo of bad politicians, a plan to isolate the poor inside the city limits and have ZERO contribution from the suburbs that depend on the city, finished off by a really bad(GOP) governor.
