From a buddy of mine over at another forum. He's a Tex-ass oil patch worker.
I took another pay cut ! but I am getting time off , work 3 weeks and take 1 off . I had 82 on my crew 18 months ago now 9 . at least I will get the yard work done this spring .
That pay cut was his 3rd in a year an a half.

You see, all I had to do was use the word "shitter" in a thread title and the crap showed up.
