except it isn't. Millions have coverage who wouldn't have and now the support level for the core of the ACA is over 80%

well, you're making progress. You are calling her term in office a failure, like you did Obama for eight years. Doesn't mean you have the first clue, Slappy, but at least proof that you know in your gut that Trump is toast.
