2008 - Google offers to buy Yahoo for $44 BILLION dollars. Yahoo says "No thanks."

2014 - Yahoo makes $8 BILLION dollars.

2015 - Yahoo LOSES $15 BILLION dollars.

2016 - Verizon buys Yahoo for 5 BILLION dollars. Cash. {the business equivalent of buying a kiddie burger on McDonalds value menu}
