Seriously testing pedestrians for alcohol soon we will be taking over Chinas mantle of screwing the people over, and why is it only retards get into a position of power it seriously does my head in sometimes

well it would seem to me that somone needs to vote those retards into power. so that begs the question. who's the retard? the one in power? or the one that votes him in?

I think it would just be great for them to actually be held accountable for their actions aboot the worst that happens these days is they get dismissed and keep their rather large pension and other "entitlements"
