A Complete Waste of Space

Good o'l Wally-World is profiling customers forcibly stopping paying customers
and checking reciepts. I have been victimised by those assholes in the "Barney Fife"
security brigade at Wally world.
I was caught in an akward position with my dog in the car when a caustic bitch stepped
in front of my shopping cart demanding my reciept.
I would have refused but I did not want to wind up in a multiple hour fight
with the Wall-Mart Nazis and potentially strand my dog.

From here on I will refuse to show my reciept and demand a uniform police officer if they persist in
their fascist tactics.

I'm not sure about your local laws, but I walk past them here (Fry's Electronics). They can't detain you, it's illegal. Pray for the best and hope that security detains you. That would be kidnapping. Wally World has deep pockets.

I think thats the same here as well and i know they cant search your bags either. And the only shop this is a problem for me at is jb hifi for some reason the retards at corporate there have decided to put the registers either in the middle or at the rear of the store And the only thing worse than stupidly placed registers is uppity security as a paying customer i dont expect to be treated like a criminal so its a walk past or if they stand in front of me its a fuck off helps that its nearly always a 5"0 indian dude, security

for what, IQ? You didn't state one thing which would indicate that they 'targeted' you for anything, except maybe that you were rushing the door to get to your dog in the car. How are they 'profiling'? That would entail aiming toward a targetted 'type' of customer. Also, what is wrong with a store trying to keep shoplifting under control, because that is all they're trying to do. Every customer pays for the shoplifting tab, so I sort of hope any retailer I deal with has security in place to curtail theft.

My wife, for quite a while, didn't understand why I will not shop there unless absolutely desperate, until I asked her to check where the clothing, furniture, all the 'house brands' come from. She gets it now.

You were the one with a hissy fit about dealing with adult responsibilities. Look around, next time you shop there. You WILL pass a sign that says, "we reserve the right to inspect packages". And, once you pass that
sign, you give consent. Don't like it? Shop elsewhere. It's fucking simple.........sort of like, ah, forget it!

you're right, to some extent. I still try and avoid shit made cheaply in China(and a few others who pay their people shit wages), but cannot, completely. I avoid Walmart because they tout the 'good ol USA' image and have long sold Chinese goods, so strike me as sort of hypocritical. My point to happy was that his claim that Walmart is becoming a Chinese outlet store is hardly news, they've been at it for a while.

Oh, and you CAN buy a lot of goods and avoid cheap labor imports. It will cost you, though, and you won't be shopping in some major box store.

no one is being assaulted here, and yes, a business has the perfect right to demand to see what is being carried out of their store. I see no problem with that.
