they are NOT going to attempt to walk that back. That is the new mantra, we lose because the other side cheats. Now, mind you, he's feeding the mid-state yokels the kind of BS they want to hear, that Philly pols cheat them. However, all the polls showing Clinton up by between 8 and 11 percent in PA are VERY consistent, and that has nothing to do with 'cheating' on a few votes.
The bottom line is that Trump is feeding the same delegitimizing loons that would have us hate our government, our fellow citizens and all. The same folks try to make Obama, the most popular president since Ike, now, as somehow not legitimate. They are the hateful, small minded, small numbered minority here.
