This isn't the first time an Arizona law has prompted a population shift. About 100,000 illegal immigrants moved elsewhere after a law was passed in 2007 that penalized businesses for hiring them, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

HEY here's a thought. maybe if the federal Gubmint enacted a law like AZ where they had to deport illegal immigrants most of them might flee the country before the law actually went into effect

The law in AZ is a mirror of Federal Law enacted in 1952.
