he's probably citing LA Times rolling average, which makes no effort to reflect the likely electorate, it's just a tracking poll(yes, Clinton dropped in the past 3 weeks). I repeat, she's winning or tied in Texas and Georgia.

Obama got 42% of the votes in Tex-ass in 2012.

Given the sheer lunacy that is Donald Trump ... there's no reason why Clinton couldn't win Tex-ass.
