Pence claimed, on national TV, that the Clinton Foundation pays out 10% of donations. The well-documented figure is 87%, giving the foundation an A rating. Now, the question is, why lie unless you're trying to smokescreen the Trump Foundation, which is being shown to operate illegally, and has produced 3 new revelations that could put the Orange Buffoon in jail. Real jail, not like 'lock her up' goofball ideas of jail.
