Why ain't they gonna charge NYPD?
Cuz, NYPD was investigating Wiener's dick picks to a 15 year old girl...and came across the 'treasure trove', legally...as in Wiener gave them permission/consent....
NYPD saw the other 'federal violations' and rightfully/lawfully/legally then turned that info over to the FBI.
The FBI did not need a warrant to see/search the contents.
So, Hatch that idea.
