That flag, by the way, doesn't belong to the Confederacy or the 'South' . Never flew anywhere near any Confederate building, but a field HQ for Lee and Jackson or other field officer. That is the battle flag of the Army of Northern Virginia. My ancestors fought under it, and the thought of someone using it to celebrate anything in modern America is both puzzling and a wee bit insulting. Those men had actual morals, unlike most folks waving it around these days. I can see some folks celebrating heritage, especially Virginians, but, say, nitwits in Pennsylvania or even Texas? Sorry. Not yours to desecrate.
