Nordstrom is selling a rock for $85
"The rock, which is not like the other rocks, is actually an art piece made by Peter Maxwell out of "smooth Los Angeles-area stone."
The stone comes with a leather pouch to protect it from the elements (except for the part that is exposed, which is like half of it.)
It's not quite a carrying case, though, so you will have to throw it in a purse or bag with other objects in order to make it portable.
Is the rock a paperweight, a conversation piece or something with a useful purpose? That's up to you. That's the magic of the $85 rock.
