agreed. I think he was bending over backward due to the partisanship thing, figuring even the GOP would get alarmed in time. He was wrong. That still doesn't mean it doesn't essentially invalidate the entire General Election(we are now seeing some reports of hacks and targetting of Congressional races). Frankly, this OUGHT to be entirely non-partisan. You signed on to an oath in the military, right? To defend the Constitution and the nation from all enemies? Russia fall into that class for you?

We have been waging a cyber war for years with Russia, China and North Korea. Hell Obama even worked over Germany cyber wise. It now becomes a problem for you when your talking heads use it to blame Hillary losing the election because of it (and many other reasons but of course it was not because she just plain sucks). Oh and by the way the oath I took was for "all enemies foreign and domestic"!
The little bit of weak evidence that is being put forth does not even come close to "invalidate the entire General Election", most of it is speculation that it was to help Trump. Yes it should be non-partisan but the Dems are not moving in that direction.
