Have a Great Christmas, Fats, and all others. 
about an hour away from cooking the following: 2 lb hot spiced shrimp, 2 lb bland steamed cocktail shrimp, 9 lb standing prime rib, green bean casserole with great help from the grandkids, twice-baked potatoes(assist with recipe from daughter), sauteed mushrooms, and an au jus gravy. No interest in making Yorkshire pudding, roast beef purists, and my roast doesn't need horseradish. Not sure what the women are making for dessert, but we have enough pudding, cookies, ice cream to last anyway and middle grandchild put a large pumpkin pie into the shopping cart yesterday. Leftovers with tortellini, crackers, cheese and fruit tomorrow. We eat our way through the Holidays!!!

the aromas are killing me, although I have been eating crackers, cheese and spicy shrimp all through the Pats game.
