Bots

I'm unsure how to address the bot issue.
We are running THE LATEST version of PHPBB, as always...
And I have some pretty ugly-ass shit the user has to go through to register.
My guess is that these are human bots (plants, skims, or whatever they're called), not really computer bots.
They've been banned. Keep posting when you guys see this happen. I know it's a pain.

I don't mind them as long as they don't invade half of the page with their viagra's... however they just don't know how to stop, obviously (or are programmed to ruin the forum, what benefit there is to them is beyond my current understanding)...

they dont seem to invade the PLX, maybe its because you need to subscribe for it??? would that work with all forums???????

Maybe if we banned HH and pudfark there wouldn't be a need for viagra adds anymore and the bots would go away?
Prolly rugg needs to go too.

Typical commie cheese eating surrender monkey. Can't handle someone else's opinion so they wanna quiet them for good. Just be thankful to people like my grandfather who fought and guaranteed you wouldn't be speaking German. He'd speak his mind as well. Cuz that's what Americans do, besides bail out other countries who are getting their asses kicked by bad men.
