Apparently, he needs all that money in order to settle law suits for abusing women.

wanna bet there's an out for Fox around morals or bringing problems to the parent company. NO CONTRACT is 'guaranteed' without strings. Would not want to be O'Reilly at this point. He has legal fees, settlement still to pay, and if he loses the Fox gig, likely no one to hire him.
