Kerry, like Rangel, is pretty much a fraud. Before Ruggie finds more FoxNews feeds(funny how it's always Democrats.....good thing one party is ALWAYS above board, right?), you can count Slick in the column that considers Chris Dodd a flat-out fraud, as well. His dad was a crook, and he's a crook.

Feel free to post Commie News Network stuff if you like. Fact of the matter is that regardless where that story came from the other networks are carrying it as well. But the left in you just hates the fair and balanced network...............

I've castigated Dodd to his face. Rangel is such a loveable rogue, it's hard to dislike him, but you had to know he was up to something shady. Just because someone is in my party doesn't mean I have to support them. When the Dems ran, and the bigwigs supported, Gore for President, I was pissed. Attended one party event in Philly where I compared Gore to a wooden puppet. Didn't win too much applause, but I say my peace. One of the better aspects of the Dem party is that we range from far left loons, to some pretty conservative(Blue Dog) characters. There are but a very few common principles we stand for, mainly around support for a societal safety net of some sort, as well as the role of government in programs that lay groundwork for the future of the country. Past those, it's like herding cats at a Democrat meeting.

Ever met the guy? One of us is talking from experience. He's a hoot. Plus, I find it hard to hate a guy who understands why having a draft was critical to this nation's well-being and civic involvement.
