Watch the f'ing show. Ranchers are getting hurt as well. You'd know that if you were truly informed. But you aren't. Send me a link you say. And god forbid if it has right wing overtones cuz you pooh pooh any information on the site, even when you can find the same story reported by national news sources. Fact is you're wrong son. End of story.

Tell that to the drug traffickers, unless Tijuana is some sort of sick Mexican style Disney World .....

About 1,600 people have died this year in drug violence in Mexico, as Guzman seeks to dominate the drug trade.

I stated that the weed smugglers may be a threat to law enforcement, but aren't as prone to the wholesale
massacres and other violent stuff that the harder drug traffickers bring along with them. The money just isn't as good, and thus, the desperation for market share doesn't warrant the violence. Anyone, smuggling
anything(drugs, cars, jewels, metals, people) will kill law enforcement is the timing of the encounter is bad.

thanks for the show of confidence.

Now, how did what you post relate to marijuana traffickers, as opposed to the coke, speed, heroin traffickers. Yeah, I know, sometimes it's one-stop shopping, but most of the time the weed trade is very separate from the harder stuff. Mainly, a matter of vastly different logistics,
as weed is bulkier to move, and far less profitable per unit weight.
As for Pudfark's comment that I don't care about Mexicans in Mexico, in a way he's right. Not so much that I don't care, but we have enough problems here in the US that my concerns over the plights of other nations is sort of low at the moment. My sympathies? Sure. Am I wracked with concern? No.

You're amazing. You
refuse to see the facts for what they are. Drug trafficers are shooting at ICE agents who attempt to intercept mules carrying bundles of weed on their backs. The harder stuff is being put into vehicles and sneaked across the border. There have been no shootings at the border crossings, just in the desert with the weed.
Quit being a cheapskate. Watch the series I told you about. You might learn something. Contrary to what you may believe, you can learn more than the outdated shit you learned in college 25 years ago.

My favorite mini-series of all time was "Deadwood"...and a quote from it for Slick..." I like the way you lie "
And Loco...I got a chuckle out of that there "latte" thingy.....
Not to worry...the powers that be...will form a committee to study the problem for several years, at a cost of billions of dollars, that will recomend additional study and then will ultimately allow the Illegal miscreants to sue the government, which will then settle out of court, at a cost of hundreds of billions of dollars and then regretfully, award them their citizenship....and that boys and girls is progressive justice..........and a "reach around" happy ending......which will in turn create more green jobs for the "new" americans.
